If you agree, we will try to deal with your request informally, such as by providing you with the specific information you require over the telephone.
Unless you agree a different time, we will complete your subject access request within one month.
2. Right to be forgotten
If we hold personal data about you, but it is no longer necessary for the purposes that it was collected and cannot otherwise be justifies – you have the right to request that we delete that data. However, in such a scenario it is our policy to delete such data regardless of any request.
